New Re-Designed Bill
Beginning January 1, 2017, the water bill forms mailed to customers in Golden State Water Company’s Cypress Ridge service area will have a new look and format to improve convenience and ensure we can share essential information directly on your billing statement. Additionally, this new water bill design includes important allocation information to help you manage your water use in accordance with Stage 2 of the local Staged Mandatory Water Conservation and Rationing plan. On the right side of the front of the bill, we’ll provide you with important usage and allocation data for the prior, current and next billing periods.

Effective Oct. 14, 2015, Golden State Water is proudly serving customers in the Cypress Ridge area of San Luis Obispo County, following the acquisition of Rural Water Company. The 950 customers formerly served by Rural Water now receive their water from Golden State Water’s Cypress Ridge System.
For the convenience of customers, the local customer service office, phone number and website will remain the same and customer billing will stay consistent until the General Rate Case for 2016 is approved by California Public Utilities Commission (estimated in November 2016 – January 2017).
