Effective Oct. 14, 2015, Golden State Water is proudly serving customers in the Cypress Ridge area of San Luis Obispo County, following the acquisition of Rural Water Company. The 950 customers formerly served by Rural Water now receive their water from Golden State Water’s Cypress Ridge System.
For the convenience of customers, the local customer service office, phone number and website remain the same and customer billing will stay consistent at least through the end of 2015. We have extended the hours for our local customer service office, which will now be open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
